中国人民解放军102医院,自1978年以来,应用死卡(75mg/ml)皮上划痕合并异菸肼、链霉素、对氨柳酸钠、氨酸脲等治疗治动性肺结核55例。三个月疗效观察:显效37例为67.2％,有效9例为16.4％,总有效率83.6％。初治痰菌阳性23例,阴转19例占82.6％;复治痰菌阳性10例,阴转5例占50％。初治空洞12个,闭合11占91.6％;复治空洞9个,闭合1个占11.1％。死卡治肺结核的机理尚不十分清楚,根据湖南医学院研究证实死卡能增强机体细胞免疫反应,少量多次接种死卡,可以刺激体内已致敏的淋巴细胞和激活巨噬细胞,因而增
