“社会化参与”意指全社会层面的大规模协作,整合居民参与、社区参与、公众参与的核心思想,吸纳居民、社区、公众等全社会力量促进历史街区的有效保护。即平衡多元利益需求,整合社会资源,吸引多层次主体自发的创造性的参与。强调各市民阶层、民间团体、政府部门的协同合作,从而推动多元主体有效参与规划决策,带动历史街区的可持续复兴。本文从历史街区的多元诉求、参与现状和社会矛盾出发,结合居民参与、社区参与、公众参与的理论研究和实践案例,试图分析 “Social participation ” means large-scale collaboration at all levels of society, integrating the core ideas of residents’ participation, community participation and public participation, and absorbing all social forces such as residents, communities and the public to promote the effective protection of historical blocks.
