2015年9月28—30日,联合国教科文组织第二届国际学习型城市大会在墨西哥城举行。来自联合国教科文组织76个成员的300多名代表出席会议,大会一致通过了《学习型城市建设墨西哥声明》。声明指出,要以2013年《北京宣言》《学习型城市的关键特征》为基础,进一步推进全球学习型城市的建设。中国教育部职业教育与成人教育司副司长刘建同出席开幕式并致辞。致辞中,他对中国建设学习型城市的理念、进展和主要任务做了简要介绍,并表示,推进学习型城市建设是中国建设学习型社会、实现中国梦的重要支撑。发言引得了与会各国代表的强烈反响。经授权,本刊将发言全文刊登,以飨读者。
September 28-30, 2015, UNESCO Second International Study City Conference held in Mexico City. More than 300 delegates from 76 members of UNESCO attended the conference and the conference unanimously passed the Mexico Declaration on Learning City Construction. The statement pointed out that we should further promote the construction of a global learning city based on the “Beijing Declaration of 2013” and “key features of a learning city”. Liu Jian Tong, deputy director of the Department of Vocational Education and Adult Education of the Chinese Ministry of Education, attended the opening ceremony and delivered a speech. In his speech, he gave a brief introduction of the concept, progress and major tasks of building a learning city in China. He said that promoting the construction of a learning city is an important support for China in building a learning society and realizing the Chinese dream. The speech attracted the strong repercussions of the delegates from participating countries. If authorized, we will publish the full text of the speech to readers.
