冶金部建筑研究总院和唐山钢铁公司共同研制成功20锰铌低合金半镇静钢筋。近二年间,唐钢在30吨纯氧顶吹转炉中冶炼,用下注法浇成10英寸、11英寸钢锭,试制20锰铌半镇静钢45炉共1507吨,生产工艺比较稳定,综合成材率比镇静钢平均提高5.66%。经过对其常规性能、焊接、疲劳、负温等性能的研究证明,20锰铌半镇静钢筋的各项性能达到《GB1499-79》Ⅱ级钢筋的标准,而且综合性能良好。该钢筋经过建
The Ministry of Metallurgical Construction Research Institute and Tangshan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. jointly developed a successful 20-manganese-low-alloy semi-static steel bar. In the past two years, Tangshan Iron and Steel was smelted in a 30-ton pure oxygen top-blow converter and poured into 10-inch and 11-inch steel ingots using a pouring method. A total of 1507 tons of 45-manganese-half-half killed steel 45 furnaces were trial-produced. The production process was relatively stable. The rate increased by an average of 5.66% over the killed steel.
