目的比较某军校2010级与2006年级入学新生的人格特点的差异,为提高军校的教育管理水平提供有效依据。方法对2个年级新生16PF测查结果进行比较分析。结果 2010级入学新生在B(t=11.50)、C(t=11.42)、E(t=3.71)、F(t=4.88)、G(t=11.34)、H(t=6.69)、Q2(t=9.87)、内向与外向性(t=6.79)、感情用事与安详机警性(t=7.54)、心理健康因素(t=10.97)、专业成就个性因素(t=11.91)、新环境成长能力因素(t=11.77)的得分均值显著高于2006级入学新生(P<0.01),在I(t=-5.13)、L(t=-9.25)、M(t=-3.48,P=0.001)、O(t=-8.91)、Q1(t=-7.06)、Q3(t=-10.10)、适应与焦虑性(t=-12.20,P=0.00)、怯懦与果敢性因素(t=-5.65)的得分均值显著低于2006级入学新生(P<0.01)。2010级地方入学新生在Q(t=4.94)、Q1(t=4.08)、Q2(t=2.65,P=0.008)、感情用事与安详机警性(t=6.15,P=0)、怯懦与果敢性(t=7.34)、心理健康因素(t=2.68,P=0.008)、专业成就个性因素(t=3.54)、创造能力个性因素(t=4.76)的得分均值显著高于2010级部队生长生(P<0.01),在A(t=-9.41)、I(t=-2.96,P=0.003)、O(t=-2.81,P=0.005)、Q3(t=-3.75)、适应与焦虑性(t=-2.67,P=0.008)的得分均值低于2010级部队生长生(P<0.01)。结论 2010级入学新生具有“90后”的典型特征,军队院校在对其教育管理上要注意改变一些策略,注重方式方法,才能提高教育管理水平,为军队培养出优秀的军官。
Objective To compare the difference of the personality traits among freshmen in 2010 and 2006 in a military academy and provide an effective basis for improving the educational management of military academies. Methods Two freshmen 16PF test results were compared and analyzed. Results The grade of freshmen in 2010 was significantly higher than those of the other two groups (P <0.05), with the scores of B (t = 11.50), C (t = 11.42), E (t = 3.71), F t = 9.87, t = 6.79, t = 7.54, t = 10.97, t = 11.91, t he new environmental growth ability factor (t = 11.77) was significantly higher than that of 2006 freshmen (P <0.01). The scores of I (t = -5.13), L (t = -9.25), M (t = -3.48, P = 0.001) (T = -8.91), Q1 (t = -7.06), Q3 (t = -10.10), adaptation and anxiety (t = -12.20, P = 0.00), cowardice and daring (t = -5.65) The average score of scores was significantly lower than that of 2006 freshmen (P <0.01). Grade 2010 local freshmen were significantly less likely to be affected by Q (t = 4.94), Q1 (t = 4.08), Q2 (t = 2.65, P = 0.008), emotional engagement and alertness (t = 6.15, P = 0) (t = 7.34), mental health factor (t = 2.68, P = 0.008), professional achievement personality factor (t = 3.54), ability to create personality factor (t = 4.76) (T = -2.81, P = 0.005), Q3 (t = -3.75), A (t = -9.41), I (t = -2.96, P = 0.003) (t = -2.67, P = 0.008) was lower than that of 2010 army growth (P <0.01). CONCLUSION: The freshmen in 2010 have the typical characteristics of post-90s. Military academies should pay attention to changing some tactics and ways and means in order to improve their educational management level and train excellent officers for the army.
