“钢结构设计原理”课程是土木工程专业的一门理论性和实践性都较强的主干课程。如何提高学生学习“钢结构设计原理”课程的兴趣是提高教学质量的关键,其对提高土木专业生源质量也具有一定的现实意义。从分析学生学习中存在的一些问题入手,提出了培养学生创新能力,充分利用多媒体和网络信息,采用案例教学法,布置课后大作业和参加实践活动等多种措施和手段来提高学生学习“钢结构设计原理”课程的兴趣,引导学生主动思考与探索,从而培养学生空间想象、分析问题和创新的能力,达到提高教育质量的最终目的。
“Steel Design Principles ” course is a civil engineering major and practical both strong main course. How to Improve Students’ Interests in “Principles of Design of Steel Structure” is the key to improving the quality of teaching. It also has some practical significance to improve the quality of civil engineering students. Starting from the analysis of some problems existing in the study of students, this paper puts forward some measures and measures such as cultivating students’ innovative abilities, making full use of multimedia and network information, using case teaching method, arranging homework assignments and participating in practical activities to improve students “Steel Design Principles” curriculum, and guide students to take the initiative to think and explore, so as to foster students’ spatial imagination, analysis of the problem and innovation ability to achieve the ultimate goal of improving the quality of education.
