消渴舒１号主要由党参、山药、黄芪、生熟地黄、黄柏等十余味中药组成．具有养阴补肾、降糖强体的功效．本实验结果表明该药对正常小鼠血糖无明显影响，预先给小鼠消渴舒１号连续灌胃１４天，能够明显降低四氧嘧啶造成的血糖水平升高，对四氧嘧啶造成的小鼠高血糖水平也有明显的预防作用，口服给药最大耐受量为１２５ｇ／ｋｇ，临床使用具有较大的安全性．
Xiao Ke Shu 1 is mainly composed of 10 kinds of Chinese herbal medicines, including Dangshen, yam, astragalus, Radix Rehmanniae and Cork. Has the effect of nourishing yin and tonifying kidney and reducing blood sugar. The experimental results show that the drug has no significant effect on blood glucose in normal mice. Giving the mouse Xiaokeshu 1 in a continuous manner for 14 days can significantly reduce the increase in blood glucose level caused by alloxan, which is caused by alloxan. The level of hyperglycemia in rats also has a significant preventive effect. The maximum tolerated dose for oral administration is 125g/kg, and the clinical use has greater safety.
