第一条国家机关工作人员(以下简称工作人员)的退职,按照本办法处理。第二条工作人员合于下列情况之一的,按照退职处理: (一)年老或者病弱不能继续工作,又不合退休条件的;(二)自愿退职的;(三)不适宜现职工作,又不愿接受其他工作的。第三条工作人员的退职金,按照下列规定一次发给:(一)工作年限满五年或在五年以下的,除了发给本人一个月的工资外,每满一年加发本人一个月的工资;(二)工作年限满十年或不满十年而在五年以上的,除按(一)项的规定发给外,从第六年起,每满一年加发本人一个半月的工资;
Article 1 The resignation of staff members of state organs (hereinafter referred to as staff members) shall be handled in accordance with the present Measures. Article 2 If a staff member is fit for one of the following situations, his / her resignation shall be handled in accordance with the following conditions: (1) If the old or sick are unable to continue their work and are not eligible for retirement; (2) Voluntarily resign; (3) Unwilling to accept other jobs. Article 3 The posts and dismissals of staff members shall be issued in accordance with the following provisions: (1) For those who work for a period of five years or less, they shall be issued one full month in addition to their one-month salary (2) If the working period is ten years or less than ten years but more than five years, it shall, in addition to being issued under the provisions of subparagraph (a), issue one and a half months for each full year from the sixth year onwards wage;
