军用光电仪器由于移动灵活的需要,通常采用车载平台,车载平台又会承载发射和接受光路,因此会包含多个激光器和光学元件。这就造成以往固定平台的光路平行性检测方法需要进行一定的升级以适应车载平台的需要。为了实现光电干扰功能,车载平台同时配备了对应谱段的多台激光器,还有多谱段的成像系统以及测距装置,对于发射光路和接收光路的平行性要求就更为复杂,因此本文根据车载光电平台的特点,提出了一整套的光路平行性检测方法。检测结果表明,此套方法简单实用,检测精度可达15μrad以内。
Military optoelectronic devices because of the need to move flexible, usually used car platform, car platform will carry the launch and receive the optical path, it will contain multiple lasers and optical components. This has led to the previous fixed platform optical path parallelism detection methods need to be upgraded to meet the needs of vehicle platforms. In order to realize the photoelectric interference function, the on-board platform is equipped with multiple lasers corresponding to the spectral bands at the same time, as well as the multi-spectral imaging system and the distance measuring device. The requirements for the parallelism of the transmitted light path and the received light path are more complicated. The characteristics of vehicle optical platform, put forward a set of optical parallelism detection method. The test results show that this method is simple and practical, the detection accuracy up to 15μrad.
