1986年5月至1987年6月,《中国花卉盆景》刊登了侯喜同志的7件根艺作品,观后觉得有新意。今在此略谈一点看法。写实与写意,是两种截然不同的创作流派。前者具有实感,后者富于想象。从已发表的7件作品看,作者采取以写意为主,致力于形象的实感,在写意与写实的结合上作了有益的探索。《鹅》(见1986.5)是7件作品中最见具象的一件,但是细细观来,仍在像与不像之中,仍然是一件夸张、变形之作。例如,项颈短如鸡鸭,粗于自身的头部;没有笨重的身躯和健壮的肢膀,而
From May 1986 to June 1987, “Chinese Flower Bonsai” published 7 pieces of root art works by Comrade Hou Xi. Here is a brief view. Realism and freehand writing are two very different creative genres. The former has a real feeling, which is rich in imagination. From the published seven works, the author adopts the freehand brushwork, dedicated to the realistic feeling of the image, and makes a useful exploration on the combination of freehand brushwork and realistic writing. Goose (see 1986.5) is the most visible of the seven works, but the thin and the still, still like and not, is still an exaggeration and distortion.
