目的:探讨体外模拟动态力学刺激对SD幼鼠前脂肪细胞生长活力影响的研究,为推拿按摩治疗青少年单纯性肥胖的现代医学细胞生物学机制提供理论与实验依据。方法:体外培养SD幼鼠前脂肪细胞,从细胞生物力学角度,模拟推拿治疗的按摩作用方式,对细胞实施按摩动态力学刺激,观察按摩动态力学刺激对前脂肪细胞生长活力的影响。结果:体外模拟动态力学刺激抑制了前脂肪细胞的生长活力(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:推拿按摩治疗青少年单纯性肥胖可能通过抑制前脂肪细胞的生长活力,使前脂肪细胞向脂肪细胞转化率降低而实现。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effects of dynamic mechanical stimulation on the growth activity of preadipocytes in young SD rats in vitro, and to provide theoretical and experimental evidences for the modern medical cell biology mechanism of massage for adolescents with massage therapy. Methods: The preadipocytes of SD rats were cultured in vitro. From the point of view of cell biomechanics, the mechanism of massage treated by massage was simulated. The dynamic mechanical stimulation of the cells was performed to observe the effect of dynamic massage on the growth of preadipocytes. RESULTS: In vitro simulated dynamic mechanical stimulation inhibited the growth of preadipocytes (P <0.05, P <0.01). Conclusion: Massage treatment of adolescent simple obesity may be achieved by inhibiting the growth of preadipocytes vitality, reducing the conversion rate of preadipocytes to adipocytes.
