分层教学是一种随时代和教学研究发展而愈发充满生命力的教学思想,是一种强调适应学生个体差异,着眼使各层次学生都能在原有基础上得到较好发展的课堂教学策略。笔者在语文分层教学中坚持“了解差异,分类要求;面向全体,因材施教;阶段调整,激励进取”的策略,取得了一定的成效。
Hierarchical teaching is a kind of teaching thought that is increasingly full of vitality with the development of the times and teaching and research. It is a classroom teaching strategy that emphasizes adapting to individual differences among students and focusing on making students at all levels better developed on the original basis. The author insists on the strategy of “understanding the differences and classifying requirements; facing the whole, teaching students according to their aptitude; stage adjustment, motivation and enterprising” in the teaching of Chinese stratification and achieved certain results.
