上肢黑色素瘤偶发生滑车上淋巴结转移。近年应用的卫星淋巴结定位留有助于检出隐性滑车上淋巴结转移，作者报道1例的诊治经过，可提供临床L参考。患者为～39岁男性，无黑色素瘤家族史，发现左前臂后侧有一棕色结节，快速生长已6周。病灶无溃疡或出血。体检示左前臂一06×0．5cm Upper extremity melanoma occasionally occurs in the trochlear lymph node metastasis. The location of satellite lymph nodes used in recent years helps to detect lymph node metastasis on the recessive trochlear. The authors reported the diagnosis and treatment of one case and provided a clinical reference for L. The patient was a man of -39 years of age and had no family history of melanoma. He found a brown nodule on the back of the left forearm and had rapidly grown for 6 weeks. The lesions did not have ulcers or bleeding. Physical examination showed a left forearm of 06×0.5cm
