以往,我厂托轮式管绞机在大修时必须将管体分解后,分别加工联接处的法兰平面和环形滚道。但由于管体较长,装合后由自重而引起的挠度在数量上是可观的。如果托轮调整不当,将因各段管体的零件基准轴线与各段管体的公共回转轴线不重合而导致下列弊病:1)噪声剧烈增加;2)加速联接螺栓及管体与法兰的焊缝的疲劳损坏;3)托轮及管道磨损不均匀。为此,我们通过反复实践,摸索出简易可行的管体校中法。
