本文提出了采用PC控制技术和电液比例技术,实现对焊机烧化过程控制的新方式,它用可编程控制器控制比例阀实现油缸变速烧化运动,该方案的实施可有效提高焊接质量,减少废品率,烧化曲线可根据不同工况方便地调整,它具有实际应用价值,为闪光对焊机新产品开发提出了一种全新的烧化控制方式,也为进一步研究焊机计算机控制和微机监控打下基础。
In this paper, a new way to control the process of the welding process by using the PC control technology and the electro-hydraulic proportional technology is proposed. It uses the programmable controller to control the proportional valve to realize the variable speed combustion. The implementation of this scheme can effectively improve the welding quality and reduce The rejection rate and the burn-in curve can be easily adjusted according to different working conditions. It has practical application value and provides a brand-new burning control method for the new product development of the flash butt welder. It also lay a foundation for further research on the computer control and computer monitoring of the welder basis.
