通过对四川龙门山地区中泥盆统吉维特阶无洞贝科化石 2种内壳层氧、碳同位素组成的对比研究 ,发现同一化石 2种内壳层由于结构不同 ,保存程度也稍有不同 :纤维层中含有沿纤维晶体长轴方向展布的后期改造显微裂隙充填物 ,而棱柱层中很少存在 .这种保存程度的差别使得无洞贝科化石棱柱层的δ18O和δ13 C系统地高于纤维层分别达 :( 0 .5 3± 0 .0 8)‰和( 0 .1 2± 0 .0 4)‰ ,因此 ,利用腕足化石内壳体同位素组成的对比研究生命效应问题不应忽视不同内壳层之间保存程度的细微差别
By comparing the oxygen and carbon isotopic composition of two kinds of inner shell of the Beidou fossils in the Middle Devonian of the Late Devonian in the Longmenshan area, the two inner crusts of the same fossil were found to have slightly different preservation due to their different structures : The fiber layer contains late-modified microfractures that spread along the long axis of the fiber, whereas few exist in the prism layer.
