采用三种不同的单元法(经典板梁单元法、简化的三维层单元法、层合板等效单元法)建立大板方舱车舱体的有限元模型,并对其进行模态分析,结果表明,采用简化的三维层单元法得到的结果精度最高,但花费机时最长;采用层合板等效单元法虽然精度较前者较差,但计算时间快。通过对三者的比较,为汽车设计工程师提供了分析方法的选择。
Three different element methods (classical girder element method, simplified three-dimensional element method and equivalent element method of laminated plate) were used to establish the finite element model of the bulkhead cabin and the modal analysis was carried out. The results The results show that the method using the simplified three-dimensional layer unit method has the highest accuracy but takes the longest time; the equivalent element method using the laminated plate is less accurate but the calculation time is faster. Through the comparison of the three, the car design engineer provides the choice of analytical methods.
