目的:提高对桥本氏甲状腺炎的核素显像及超声检查的影像特征的认识。方法:回顾分析了临床确诊的54例桥本氏甲状腺炎的核素显像及超声检查的影像表现,并对照比较了FT3、FT4、TSH、TG-Ab、TM-Ab的检测结果。结果核素静态显像可分为5型。其超声影像及FT3、FT4、TSH、TG-Ab、TM-Ab放免分析也各具特点。结论:核素显像及超声检查在桥本氏甲状腺炎的诊断中占有重要地位。诊断本病时应注意排除甲状腺恶性肿瘤。 OBJECTIVE: To improve the understanding of imaging features of radionuclide imaging and ultrasound in Hashimoto’s thyroiditis. Methods: The imaging findings of 54 cases of Hashimoto’s thyroiditis diagnosed clinically were retrospectively analyzed. The results of FT3, FT4, TSH, TG-Ab and TM-Ab were compared with each other. Results Nuclide static imaging can be divided into 5 types. Its ultrasound images and FT3, FT4, TSH, TG-Ab, TM-Ab radio analysis also have their own characteristics. Conclusion: Radionuclide imaging and ultrasonography occupy an important position in the diagnosis of Hashimoto’s thyroiditis. The diagnosis of the disease should pay attention to rule out thyroid cancer.
