国务院2013年3月1日发布《国务院办公厅关于继续做好房地产市场调控工作的通知》,通知中提出完善稳定房价工作责任制、坚决抑制投机投资性购房、增加普通商品住房及用地供应、加快保障性安居工程规划建设和加强市场监管等五个方面的政策措施。本文通过对“国五条”内容进行深入解读,对“国五条”细则对房地产市场的影响进行探讨,为进一步调控房地产市场提供依据。
On March 1, 2013, the State Council promulgated the “Notice of the General Office of the State Council on Continuously Doing a Good Job in Real Estate Market Control”. The circular proposed to improve the responsibility system for stable housing prices, resolutely curb speculative investment in housing purchases, increase the supply of common commodity housing and land, and accelerate Protection of housing projects planning and construction and strengthening market supervision and other five aspects of policy measures. This article explores the influence of the “Five Articles” on the real estate market by analyzing the contents of the “Five Articles” and provides the basis for further regulation and control of the real estate market.
