采用不同的退火工艺、相同的淬火回火工艺,对Q235Ni0.1Zr0.1Y0.1新型低合金钢结构进行了热处理,并通过显微组织观察,力学性能和阻尼性能的测试与分析。结果表明:与460℃退火相比,600℃退火的力学性能和阻尼性能降低,抗拉强度、屈服强度和断后伸长率分别减小7.1%、12.2%、9.8%,频率为1 Hz时的阻尼性能减小71.4%;分级退火的抗拉强度、屈服强度和断后伸长率分别增加14.3%、13.4%、12.8%,频率为1 Hz时的阻尼性能增加321.4%。
Using different annealing process, the same quenching and tempering process, the new Q235Ni0.1Zr0.1Y0.1 low-alloy steel structure was heat treated, and through the microstructure observation, mechanical properties and damping properties of the test and analysis. The results show that the mechanical properties and damping properties of annealed at 600 ℃ are lower than those of annealed at 460 ℃, and the tensile strength, yield strength and elongation at break are reduced by 7.1%, 12.2% and 9.8% respectively at 1 Hz The damping capacity decreases by 71.4%; the tensile strength, yield strength and elongation at break of the fractional annealing increase by 14.3%, 13.4% and 12.8% respectively, and the damping capacity increases by 321.4% at 1 Hz.
