建立了斜工字型焊件的三维模型,并采用线性变换的方法对上下翼板中的焊缝缺陷进行了空间坐标转换,实现了斜工字型焊件内部缺陷的空间位置可视化。另外,为实现程序的通用性,研究了可视化程序的封装问题,封装后的程序可脱离MATLAB运行,极大地提高了其工程应用的适应性。该可视化程序的开发拓展了复杂结构焊件内部缺陷可视化的范围,为后续的接头完整性评价奠定了良好的基础。
The three-dimensional model of inclined-shaped welds was established. The linear transformation was used to convert the weld defects in the upper and lower flaps into spatial coordinates, which realized the visualization of the spatial position of the internal defects in the oblique-shaped welds. In addition, in order to realize the versatility of the program, the problem of encapsulation of the visualization program has been studied. The encapsulated program can be run from MATLAB and greatly improve the adaptability of its engineering application. The development of this visualization program expands the visualization of the internal defects in the weldment with complex structure, which lays a good foundation for the subsequent evaluation of the integrity of the joint.
