电影《新方世玉》的开头是这样的:十几个和尚围坐在少林寺门前一棵大树旁。只见一白须老和尚两指着地,身体倒立,表演“二指禅”硬功。众和尚看后拍手叫好。少时,一和尚问道:“师父,我们少林门派哪来‘二指禅’?这是谁创造的?”老和尚说:“此乃广东一俗家弟子方世玉发明创造的。”……不难看出,导演安排这组镜头是用倒叙的手法,把最精彩的部分首先介绍给观众,从而增强影片对观众的吸引力。的确,当我看到这里时,使我的注意力一下子集中到了方世玉是如何创造“二指禅”功这个问题上,并对影片产生了浓厚的兴趣。但当我看完电影后,不免大为扫兴。
