新社会组织,是20世纪90年代开始出现的一个新词汇。新社会组织的出现与蓬勃发展,对基层党建工作是一个挑战。由于新社会组织运转模式的特殊性,使得传统的党建模式已经不能适应新社会组织发展的步伐,因此,加强和探索新社会组织的党建工作,既是新形势下开创新社会组织党建工作新局面的现实需要,也是现阶段提高党的执政能力建设最为紧迫的时代课题。本文紧紧抓住加强党与新社会组织良性互动这一主线,在对新社会组织党建工作存在的问题及其原因分析的基础上,着力探索增进党在新社会组织中的吸引力凝聚力感召力影响力的应对策略,并希冀为我国新社会组织党的建设与党的工作提供具有可操作性的建议。
The new social organization is a new term beginning in the 1990s. The emergence and vigorous development of new social organizations pose a challenge to the party building at the grassroots level.
