The use of production lines to the workpiece shot blasting, painting, can increase production efficiency and reduce labor intensity, but this method can easily lead to the waste of electricity and materials. In this paper, we take the example of the shot blasting of the forklift door frame of our company, and optimize the shot blasting process by changing the workpiece suspension mode to improve the efficiency and reduce the cost, which can provide a reference for the improvement of the same industry. 1. Shot blasting process I forklift company, outside the door frame shot blasting, painting using catenary assembly line operations. The inside and outside the door frame using catenary single, hanging at intervals in the production line, the first use of 1.5mm of reinforced steel
