Recently, Yasuda Industries Co., Ltd., which manufactures CNC milling machines and flexible machining centers in Japan, uses a special temperature sensor and air-conditioning system and a roof made of heat-insulating sandwich material in its production facility in Satosho. With walls, a new type of climate control environment has been created for the interior of the manufacturing plant. This environment keeps the temperature and humidity in the factory building uniform to meet the requirements of producing precision machining centers. The plant covers an area of 31000 ft2 (2880m2) and is equipped with a computer-controlled air conditioning system.
