对经不同深冷工艺处理后的T8A钢进行了组织观察、力学性能检测和摩擦磨损试验。结果表明:深冷处理可提高T8A钢的硬度;淬火+深冷处理+180℃×8 h回火处理后,T8A钢的冲击韧性有所降低;深冷处理可明显提高T8A钢耐磨性并降低钢中残留奥氏体含量,其中深冷处理6 h后效果最为显著,其相对磨损率下降了49.8%、残留奥氏体含量降幅达到39.1%。
T8A treated by different cryogenic process were observed microstructure, mechanical properties and friction and wear tests. The results show that the cryogenic treatment can improve the hardness of T8A steel. The impact toughness of T8A steel decreases after quenching + cryogenic treatment + tempering at 180 ℃ for 8 h. Cryogenic treatment can significantly improve the wear resistance of T8A steel and reduce the wear resistance of T8A steel The content of retained austenite was the most significant after 6 h of cryogenic treatment, the relative wear rate decreased by 49.8% and the content of retained austenite decreased by 39.1%.
