现在计算机体层摄影和核磁共振成像等诊断技术已广泛应用。增强时静脉注入水溶液有机碘剂在进行扫描,增加病变与周围正常组织之间密度的对比度,有利于发现病变和鉴别诊断。在临床检查及治疗中有重要作用。但即使是非离子型造影剂也非绝对安全,时有严重不良反应发生,可因过敏性休克危及病人的生命。要正确认识和预防不良反应,及时发现和处理尤为重要。笔者亲历造影剂严重不良反应1例,并参与诊断与抢救。

In clinical examination and treatment have an important role. But even non-ionic contrast agent is not absolutely safe, when serious adverse reactions occur, may be due to anaphylactic shock endanger the patient’s life. To correctly understand and prevent adverse reactions, timely detection and treatment is particularly important. The author experienced contrast agent serious side effects in 1 case, and involved in the diagnosis and rescue.
