从自然感病的光肩星天牛虫尸上分离出球孢白僵BF菌株,在室内用109孢子/mL、108孢子/mL和107孢子/mL3种浓度的孢子液侵染光肩星天牛低龄幼虫。试验结果表明:感染天牛幼虫累积死亡率分别为73.3%、64.8%、14.4%,接种前2种浓度的天牛幼虫第6 d后死亡率显著增大,而107孢子/mL没有出现急速死亡现象。在野外试验中,用108孢子/mL菌液喷于木段表面并将天牛成虫置于罩网木段上产卵。结果显示,皮下大量天牛幼虫及少量卵感染了白僵菌致死,防治效果可达76.8%。
The spore-bearing staghorn BF strain was isolated from naturally infected Ostrinia furnacalis and inoculated with spores of three concentrations of 109 spores / mL, 108 spores / mL and 107 spores / mL indoors. The results showed that the cumulative mortality rates of infected larvae were 73.3%, 64.8% and 14.4% respectively. The mortality of larvae at 2 concentrations before inoculation increased significantly after 6 days, but no rapid death occurred at 107 spores / mL phenomenon. In the field test, 108 spores / mL of bacteria was sprayed onto the surface of the wood section and the adult Beetle was laid on the net section of the cover to lay eggs. The results showed that a large number of larvae and a small number of ovum infected with Beauveria bassiana died of subcutaneous hypodermic and the control effect could reach 76.8%.
