目的 :研究丹参 (SM)对大鼠乙酸性溃疡性结肠炎 (UC)粘膜保护作用。方法 :预防性静脉给予丹参注射液后评价大鼠乙酸性 UC肠粘膜损伤指数 ,检测肠组织中的超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)、丙二醛 (MDA)含量 ,并与生理盐水 (NS)组对照。结果 :SM组和 NS组肠粘膜损伤指数分别为 5 .75± 1.0 4,14.70± 3.15 ;肠组织中 SOD含量分别为 (80 .8± 2 .4) U/ g、(5 7.3± 3.6 ) U/ g;MDA含量分别为 (19.7± 1.2 ) nm ol/ g、(40 .2± 2 .1) nm ol/ g。结论 :丹参对大鼠乙酸性 UC肠粘膜具有保护作用 ,其机制可能与丹参清除氧自由基有关。
Objective: To study the protective effect of salvia miltiorrhiza (SM) on acetic ulcerative colitis (UC) in rats. METHODS: Prophylactic intravenous administration of Danshen injection was used to evaluate the index of acetic UC intestinal mucosal injury in rats. The contents of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and malondialdehyde (MDA) in intestinal tissue were measured and compared with normal saline (NS). Group control. Results: The indexes of intestinal mucosal injury in SM and NS groups were 5.75±1.04,14.70±3.15, respectively; the SOD contents in intestinal tissues were (80.8±2.4) U/g and (57.3±3.6), respectively. The U/ g content of MDA was (19.7±1.2) nm ol/g and (40·2± 2 .1) nm ol/g, respectively. Conclusion :Salvia Miltiorrhiza has protective effect on rat acetic acid UC intestinal mucosa. The mechanism may be related to the clearance of oxygen free radicals by Salvia miltiorrhiza.
