长期以来,在高中数学教学中大多采用“讲解──示范──练习”的教学模式。老师讲授,学生模仿记忆。强调教师的主导作用而忽视了学生主体作用。教师和学生是领导和被领导的关系,学生只能被动的学习,教师成了核心,课堂上的“主角”。这种教学方式已经不适应新课程改革和现代数学教育的发展。为了彰显学生的个性,培养学生的创新意识,我们必须在引导学生参与教学活动的全过程上做好文章:增强学生的参与意识;增加学生的参与机会;提高学生的参与质量;培养学生的参与能力。让学生成为课堂的主人和真正意义上的“主角”。下面从3个方面谈谈笔者对这个问题的理解。
For a long time, most of the teaching in high school mathematics teaching mode of “explain ─ ─ demonstration ─ ─ practice”. Teacher teaching, students imitate memory. Emphasize the dominant role of teachers and neglect the role of students. Teachers and students are the relationship between leadership and leadership, students can only be passive learning, teachers become the core, the classroom “protagonist ”. This teaching method has not adapted to the new curriculum reform and the development of modern mathematics education. In order to demonstrate the individuality of students and cultivate students ’innovative awareness, we must do a good job in guiding students to participate in teaching activities throughout the whole process: to enhance students’ awareness of participation; to increase student participation opportunities; to improve the quality of students ’participation; to cultivate students’ participation ability. Let students be the masters of the class and the real protagonists. The following three aspects to talk about the author’s understanding of this issue.
