氮化硅陶瓷是近年来研制成功的新型超硬材料。本文扼要地介绍用氮化硅陶瓷车刀同硬质合金车刀车削淬硬钢、冷硬铸铁、纯钼等材料时的切削性能对比情况,以及用氮化硅陶瓷制成螺纹车刀和端面铣刀,在淬硬钢工件上切削螺纹和铣削平面的切削试验结果。文中指出:应当从配方和制造工艺上继续研究提高氮化硅陶瓷刀具的抗弯强度和耐磨性,并扩大其使用范围。附图12幅,表2个。
