铁饼是一项技术较复杂的投掷项目,而旋转技术在整体动作中又起着非常重要的作用。优秀运动员的旋转掷成绩比原地掷成绩一般要远8-15米,但这对初学者来讲并非易事。初学者容易出现旋转起转速度过快,重心移动不到位及倒肩等错误动作,致使旋转的整体平衡遭到破坏和整体的节奏不合理。在几年的训练工作中,我们发现“双定向”方法对改进初学者的常见错误,效果较为明显,现介绍如下(以右手掷铁饼为例)。所谓“双定向”,即在完整的旋转过程中,双目配合左臂出现两次有目的、瞬间的指向性停顿,以促使下肢超越上肢和身体扭转的形成。
