合金钢大锻件的白点问题是其生产过程中的基本关键之一。至今,还很难说,在所有的工厂中皆有把握获得无白点的大型锻件,特别是高合金钢制的大型锻件,这是由于对白点形成的机构问题还没有获得统一的认识的结果,因而,在实际生产中,采用了各种各样的热处理制度以与白点进行斗争。本文的目的在于从分析所常用的热处理形式(缓慢冷却,一般退火,扩散退火,中间退火和起伏退火)中以寻求消除大型锻件白点最经济而又有效的方法。
The problem of white spots in alloy steel forgings is one of the basic keys in the production process. So far, it is hard to say that it is hard to say that large forgings are not found in all the factories, especially large forgings made of high-alloy steel. This is due to the fact that there is no unified understanding of the mechanism of forming white spots. Therefore, in actual production, a variety of heat treatment systems have been adopted to combat white spots. The purpose of this paper is to find the most economical and effective way to eliminate white spots of large forgings from the heat treatment forms commonly used in analysis (slow cooling, general annealing, diffusion annealing, intermediate annealing and relief annealing).
