Taking secondary school teachers and bereaved residents in Beijing as subjects, the background values of lead and cadmium in blood, hair and organs of Beijing residents were studied under strict quality assurance measures. The results showed that the average blood lead levels of male smokers, non-smokers and female non-smokers in Beijing were 85.0, 74.6 and 56.7 μg / L, respectively, and the blood cadmium was 2.23, 0.78 and 0. 83 μg / L. The upper limit of 95% blood lead was 160.2, 131.4 and 107 μg / L respectively, and the blood cadmium was 6.5, 1.98 and 1.95 μg / L, respectively. The background values of lead and cadmium for each organ (fresh weight, the same below) were: liver, 0.22 and 0.84 mg / kg; lung, 0.11 and 0.17 mg / kg; 012mg / kg; Spleen, 0.038 and 0.071mg / kg; Kidney, 0.079 and 3.93mg / kg; Muscle, 0.058 and 0.027mg / kg, Correlation between lead and cadmium content and its significance.
