我厂DHF8—39/450沸腾炉,自1997年1月投运以后,因燃料、操作等原因,一直不能正常运行,平均每周至少停炉一次。点火时,炉料外喷,常引起点火枪皮管爆裂、着火;抽枪时,红料也易飞溅伤人,威胁操作人员的人身安全,操作环境极差。抽枪、关闭炉门时,炉温下降较快,操作条件变化较大,操作困难,点火成功率仅有60%,时间也长,每次都在90min左右。 为保证锅炉的正常运行,决定对点火结构进行改造,改造前后结构参见图1、图2。根据沸腾炉的结构特点,在炉门下方增设三根φ57mm×3.5mm钢管,改弯枪点火为直枪点火。钢管水平中线要求与风帽表面有50~70mm的距离,以利于底料的加热,
