目的 :为探讨消瘀宁颗粒剂治疗脑出血中风的机制。方法 :以大鼠自体血凝块复制脑出血模型 ,用干湿比重法测脑组织水份 ,同时观察氧自由基 (O÷2 )有关参数与脑组织学的变化。结果 :脑血肿形成后 ,脑组织水份、脑蛋白、丙二醛含量明显增加 ;脑组织超氧化物歧化酶 谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性降低。结论 :消瘀宁颗粒剂有明显减轻脑血肿时O÷2 连锁反应对血脑屏障与脑细胞的损害作用 ,促进脑组织内血肿的吸收 ,对脑水肿有明显的防治作用
Objective: To investigate the mechanism of Xiaoyuning granule in treating cerebral hemorrhage stroke. Methods: The model of intracerebral hemorrhage was established by autologous blood clot in rats. The water content of brain tissue was measured by the wet and dry ratio. The changes of oxygen free radical (O ÷ 2) and brain histology were also observed. Results: After the formation of cerebral hematoma, the contents of water, brain protein and malondialdehyde in brain tissue increased obviously. The activity of superoxide dismutase and glutathione peroxidase in brain tissue decreased. Conclusion: Xiaoyu ning granule can obviously reduce the damage effect of O ÷ 2 chain reaction on blood-brain barrier and brain cells in cerebral hematoma, promote the absorption of hematoma in brain tissue, and has obvious preventive and therapeutic effect on cerebral edema
