由于传动杆剖分新工艺具有后续加工工序少,制造成本低、传动杆体、盖装配精度高、剖分面承载能力高等优点,目前这种新工艺在国外传动杆生产线中得到迅速推广。随着我国汽车工业的发展、各种先进制造技术的开发应用是提高汽车产品质量、降低成本的必然(?)径。文章介绍了国外用于汽车传动杆制造的断裂剖分新技术,分析了断裂剖分的机理和发生条件,探讨了应用该技术时需要考虑的一些关键问题、最后介绍了传动杆断裂剖分装置。
Because the new technology of transmission rod has the advantages of less follow-up processing steps, low manufacturing cost, high transmission rod body and cover assembly precision and high bearing capacity of split surface, the new technology has been rapidly popularized in foreign transmission rod production line at present. With the development of China’s automobile industry, the development and application of various advanced manufacturing technologies is the necessary (?) Path to improve the quality of automobile products and reduce costs. In this paper, the new technology of fracture splitting used in the manufacture of automobile transmission rod abroad is introduced. The mechanism and conditions of fracture splitting are analyzed. Some key problems to be considered when applying this technique are discussed. Finally, .
