随着经济全球化的进程以及我国家族企业从萌芽到转变经济增长模式的成熟转变过程，原有的传统家族企业管理模式已经远远不能适应全球化和市场经济规范化的要求，因此，对于原有传统管理模式的现代化改革迫在眉睫，突出了现代化的必然性和紧迫性。同时，相比原有模式以及其他学术上所提改革方法，现代化的优势以及不同之处将被细化地展现，充分体现横下比较下的现代化改革优势论。在本论文中，将主要以浙江家族企业为案例介绍比较对象，突出浙江文化下的家族企业是如何打破原有既定模式，利用现代管理技术和原理，创造出全国领先性地创新突破，从而充分印证论文主题。With the process of economic globalization and Chinas family enterprise from the beginning to the transformation of economic growth mode transition process, the traditional family business management pattern has not been able to adapt the market economy globalization and standardization of the requirements, therefore, the traditional management mode of modern reform imminent, highlights the necessity and urgency of modernization.
