长期以来,在机床上加工较高精度轴类零件时,由于刀具磨损和机床热变形等原因,工件直径尺寸需要经常测量,并需经常调整刀具位置。这样不但影响生产效率,而且还难以保证直径的质量要求。为此,我们试制成功了一种气液联动弹性刀架补偿装置,它是与测量装置、控制装置组成轴类零件加工时的尺寸控制系统。通过大量试验证实,采用该系统可以在不停车的情况下实现对零件径向尺寸的自动测量和刀具位置的自动调整,既保证了高的加工精度,又能提高生产率。应用同样原理,也可用于镗孔时控制孔径尺寸精度。一、尺寸控制系统的组成与补偿装置工作原理尺寸控制系统由测量装置、控制装置及补偿(即自动调整)装置三部分组成(图1)。测量装置采用薄膜式气动量仪;控制装置主要由程序控制器及电流分配
