报告５０ 例颈段脊髓肿瘤，其中４５ 例肿瘤全部切除占９５％ ，术后症状完全消失４２ 例，占９３％ ，从结果可以看出颈段脊髓肿瘤的手术治疗是非常必要的。本文对本组患者的早期诊断、手术中应注意的问题进行了阐述。
