[目的]观察通腑汤对急性肺损伤大鼠肺组织bFGF影响,探讨通腑汤对急性肺损伤的作用机制,为“肺与大肠相表里”理论提供实验依据。[方法]以Wistar大鼠为实验研究对象,将180只大鼠随机分为六组,即:正常对照组、模型组、地塞米松组、中药低剂量组、中药中剂量组、中药高剂量组,每组30只。经尾静脉注射LPS复制ALI模型,半小时后中药各剂量组灌胃、地塞米松组腹腔注射治疗,分别于治疗后第1、2、6h,每组每次处死10只大鼠。用ELISA法同步检测肺组织中bFGF的含量。[结果]ALI的肺组织中:模型组的bFGF含量明显高于空白对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05);地塞米松组、中药低剂量组、中药中剂量组、中药高剂量组的bFGF含量明显低于模型组,有统计学意义(P<0.05);中药低剂量组的bFGF含量高于地塞米松组,有统计学意义(P<0.05);中药中剂量组、中药高剂量组的bFGF含量与地塞米松组无差异,无统计学意义(P>0.05);中药中剂量组、中药高剂量组的bFGF含量均低于中药低剂量组,有统计学意义(P<0.05);中药高剂量组的bFGF含量与中药中剂量组无差异,无统计学意义(P>0.05)。[结论]通腑汤可以降低ALI大鼠肺组织的bFGF含量,各剂量组中以中剂量、高剂量组疗效最佳。
[Objective] To observe the effect of Tongfu Decoction on bFGF in lung tissue of rats with acute lung injury and explore the mechanism of Tongfu Decoction on acute lung injury, providing experimental evidence for the theory of “lung and colorectal phase.” [Methods] Wistar rats were used as experimental subjects. 180 rats were randomly divided into six groups: normal control group, model group, dexamethasone group, low dose Chinese medicine group, medium dose Chinese medicine group, high dose Chinese traditional medicine Group, 30 in each group. LPS was injected into the caudal vein to duplicate the ALI model. After half an hour, each dose of Chinese medicine was intragastrically instilled and dexamethasone was injected into the abdominal cavity. One, two and six hours after the treatment, 10 rats were sacrificed in each group. Simultaneous detection of bFGF in lung tissue by ELISA. [Results] In the lung of ALI, the content of bFGF in the model group was significantly higher than that in the blank control group (P <0.05); the dexamethasone group, the low dose Chinese medicine group, the middle dose Chinese medicine group, the high dose Chinese medicine group (P <0.05). The content of bFGF in the low-dose group was higher than that in the dexamethasone group (P <0.05), and the middle-dose group and the traditional Chinese medicine group were significantly higher than those in the model group There was no significant difference in bFGF content between dexamethasone group and dexamethasone group (P> 0.05). The content of bFGF in middle dose group and high dose group was lower than that of low dose group (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in bFGF content between Chinese medicine high-dose group and medium-dose Chinese medicine group (P> 0.05). [Conclusion] Tongfu Decoction can reduce the content of bFGF in the lung tissue of ALI rats. The middle and high dose groups of each dose group have the best curative effect.
