一、引言高速磨削是现代机械制造领域中的一个研究方向。所谓高速磨削,广义上是指砂轮磨削速度高于35m/s。对于精密磨削,希望砂轮线速度达到50/ms以上。高速磨削与普通磨削相比,在磨削机理上是一次飞跃。无论从劳动生产率,砂轮耐用度,或是从被加工零件的精度和表面光洁度来看,高速磨削能够得到最佳磨削工况而给予大大提高。对于磨削孔径为2mm以下的小孔来说,要得到高速磨削,磨头转速必须达到35×10~4r/min以上。目前国内外用于小孔磨削的磨头最高转速只能达到18~22×10~4r/min,对于3~4mm孔径以下的孔,都可能达
