本文从分析工业以太网发展瓶颈出发,提出准对工业现场实时性和高可靠性的要求选用TCP/IP协议簇并进行扁平化处理,文中首先介绍设计的扁平化UDP/IP通信协议结构模型,后详细说明了工作流程并给出部分重要程序,本方案已成功用于Profibus总线与工业以太网之间的智能网桥设计中,实际应用表明,本协议具有通信速度高、易扩展、性能稳定的优点。
Based on the analysis of the bottlenecks in the development of industrial Ethernet, this paper proposes that the TCP / IP protocol cluster should be selected and flattened by the quasi-real-time and high reliability requirements of the industrial field.
