我队某矿区施工钻孔布置在一条大沙河的河滩上。河宽400余米,干涸季节河床中间宽20米常有流水,夏季河床水位上涨,水深达4米。因此只适于冬季施工。在大沙河上施工,首先遇到的是安装稳固性与砂砾层钻进问题。根据施工钻孔证实河床部位流砂层为40—50米,砾石层8—10米,古河道中部砾石层可达12米以上。由于施工期短,任务紧,我们采用快速安装,快速钻穿砂砾层的方法。
I mine a construction site drilling layout in a Dasha River beach. The river is more than 400 meters wide. In the dry season, there is often flowing water in the middle of a riverbed of 20 meters wide. In summer, the water level of riverbed rises up to 4 meters. Therefore only suitable for winter construction. Construction on the Dasha River, the first encountered is the installation of stability and gravel layer drilling problems. According to the construction drilling, it is confirmed that the fluvial sand layer in the riverbed is 40-50 meters, the gravel layer is 8-10 meters, and the gravel layer in the middle of the ancient river can reach more than 12 meters. Due to the short construction period and the tight schedule, we adopted quick installation and quick drilling through the gravel layer.
