我国中职德育工作管理在具体实施过程中,出现和存在着一定的问题,具体表现在一些学校过于重视课堂教育忽视德育工作的开展、一些学校缺乏德育工作的管理小组。德育管理工作应在现代教育体系中占据一定地位,德育管理者应该认识到道德教育的宗旨是以人为本,管理理念的核心是学生。并且,并且,相关教师需要完善德育管理体系,理清德育管理的工作线路,鼓励家庭教育参与到学校德育教育工作。进而大幅提升中职德育管理效果,凸显德育管理工作的实效性。
There are some problems in the process of concrete implementation of secondary vocational school moral education management in our country, which is manifested in the fact that some schools place too much emphasis on classroom education and neglect the development of moral education, and some schools lack the management team of moral education. Moral education management should occupy a certain position in the modern education system. Moral education managers should recognize that the purpose of moral education is people-oriented, and the core of management philosophy is students. Moreover, relevant teachers need to improve the moral education management system, clarify the work line of moral education management, and encourage family education to participate in the school moral education. Thereby substantially enhancing the effect of secondary vocational school moral education management, highlighting the effectiveness of moral education management.
