复方熊胆茵陈颗粒的保肝、降血脂、抗脂肪肝药效学研究

目的:研究复方熊胆茵陈颗粒的护肝、降血脂及抗脂肪肝的作用。方法:以皮下注射四氯化碳诱导大鼠急性肝损伤模型及腹腔注射D-氨基半乳糖致肝损伤模型研究复方熊胆茵陈颗粒的护肝作用;给予高脂饲料诱导高脂血症大鼠模型研究复方熊胆茵陈颗粒的降血脂作用;以乙硫氨酸诱导致脂肪肝大鼠模型研究复方熊胆茵陈颗粒的抗脂肪肝作用。结果:复方熊胆茵陈颗粒可以降低四氯化碳诱导急性肝损伤大鼠模型及D-氨基半乳糖致肝损伤大鼠模型的血清AST、ALT含量。复方熊胆茵陈颗粒可以降低高脂饲料诱导的高脂血症大鼠模型的TG、LDLC含量,可以降低乙硫氨酸诱导的脂质紊乱大鼠模型的TG含量。结论:复方熊胆茵陈颗粒具有护肝、降血脂及抗脂肪肝作用。 Objective: To study the effects of compound Xiongbian Yinchen granule on protecting liver, lowering blood fat and anti-fatty liver. Methods: Acute hepatic injury induced by carbon tetrachloride in rats was induced by hypodermic injection of CCl4 and liver injury model induced by D-galactosamine by intraperitoneal injection was used to study the hepatoprotective effect of Xiongdan Yinchen granule. Hyperlipidemia was induced by high fat diet Mouse model to study the hypoglycemic effect of Fufang Xiongbian Yinchen granule; to study the anti-steatohepatitic effect of Fufang Xiongbian Yinchen granule on rats with fatty liver induced by ethionine. Results: Xiong Dan Yin Chen Granules can reduce serum CTA and ALT levels in rats induced by carbon tetrachloride-induced acute liver injury and D-galactosamine-induced liver injury in rats. Compound Xiongbian Yinchen granule can reduce the content of TG and LDLC in hyperlipidemic rat model induced by high-fat diet and reduce the content of TG in rat model induced by ethionine-induced lipid disturbance. Conclusion: Fufang Xiongtiao-Chen Granule can protect liver, reduce blood fat and anti-fatty liver.
