李××,女性,24岁,未婚,1982年元月15日入院,住院号160829。患者1976年12月间,面部出现蝶形红斑,两手各指关节肿胀疼痛,伴有长期发热(37.8～38.5℃);1977年2月间出现面部、下肢轻度浮肿,首次在某医院按光感性皮炎治疗,症状缓解。同年7月,除面部外,背、胸出现散在性或小块红斑,再次住该院,诊断为“红斑狼疮”。内服泼尼松治疗,好转出院,一直服用维持量泼尼
