采用镶铸技术实现过共晶Al-Si合金缸套与亚共晶Al-Si合金缸体的一体化结合是实现轿车全铝发动机缸体制造的一种发展方向,由于固态铝合金在复合成型过程中容易生成阻碍2种合金冶金结合的氧化膜,成为镶铸技术在全铝发动机缸体制造过程中的难点。探讨了在固态Al-24Si合金表面电化学镀Cu处理,采用液-固双金属复合成型方法 ,实现了亚共晶Al-6Si与Al-24Si合金复合成型,复合界面成冶金结合。
