通过对城市居民家庭社区卫生服务意向分析,表明愿意接受社区卫生服务的家庭占80.3％,比较受欢迎的社区卫生服务项目主要是常见病治疗、慢性病防治、健康咨询、传染病预防、医生出诊、健康教育、家庭病床;乐意建立家庭及个人健康服务合同的比例为77.1％,对建立健康服务合同每人年支付的费用,78.7％的家庭认为应在50元以下。分析结果对医疗保健制度改革和进一步发展城市社区卫生服务提供了依据。
Through an analysis of the community health service intentions of urban residents, 80.3% of families are willing to accept community health services. Popular community health service projects are mainly common disease treatment, chronic disease prevention, health consultation, infectious disease prevention, and doctor visits. Health education and family beds; the proportion of willingness to establish family and personal health service contracts is 77.1%, and the annual cost paid for the establishment of health service contracts is 78.7% of households believe that they should be less than 50 yuan. The analysis results provide a basis for the reform of the health care system and the further development of urban community health services.
