“卖的不懂买的心”是件很麻烦的事。第一个麻烦是消费者看着琳琅满目的商品,却选不上可心的东西,不满意就撰着钱不花;第二个麻烦是生产者做出的东西卖不动,不仅没利润,连本钱也赔进去:第三个麻烦更糟,如果真是90%以上的商品供过于求,而且不是一星半点,那就会造成生产能力和资源的大浪费,搞不好还引发经济危机。要避免这些麻烦,商家厂家就要不怕麻烦,了解用户需要,最好是用户潜在需要,用小麻烦避免大麻烦。
